Kevin and his team (the two Justins) were absolutely fabulous. I was in quite a situation with the tile floor having been installed incorrectly by the contractor for my bathroom. I reached out on Home Advisor and within hours, Kevin contacted me. He took the time to talk to me on the phone the following day, explain the situation, the proâs and conâs, advised of my options and was accommodating to my schedule. He came to the house to review the issue and was honest with his approach and advice. I chose to rip the floor out and re-install correctly. He removed the floor, installed the base and new floor and it worked out beautiful! The walls were also tiled, and Kevin and his team did a beautiful job. I must admit, I am a bit OCD. I appreciate how the grout lines are perfectly aligned. I loved the attention to detail, the laser precision and the effort that was put into my tile work.The bathroom is beautiful and I owe it all to Precision Tile.
Kevin was prompt with returning my call and coming out to give us a price. We had 28 feet of backsplash and he and his helper Justin were finished installing in five hours. Grouting took Justin about four hours, but the tile we chose was not easy to grout. Kevin and Justin were very personable and cleaned up completely after they were done. The price was more than fair and we would definitely hire them again.
